Administrated systems running our SaaS, providing secure, highly available and redundant services to many NHS trusts across the country. This includes server maintenance, secure backups of sensitive data, maintaining fallback systems and disaster recovery. Planned and data modelled many large projects ensuring that new features were maintainable and efficient. Kept in constant communication with customers via support channels to make sure their issues were resolved in a timely fashion.

Created machine learning solutions for detecting faults in automated factories from CCTV images using TensorFlow and Keras. Created software to speed up time-consuming image processing jobs required to create the large amounts of training data necessary to train AI models.
